Spark the Future

Location: Almond Valley Heritage Centre
Date: 11th November
Times: 10am-12pm
Attendees: 175 S1-S3 students from:
  • Winchburgh Academy
  • Deans Community High School
  • St Kentigern’s Academy
  • Inveralmond Community High School
  • Sinclair Academy

  • Levenseat

  • Mitusbishi Electric

JBT have kindly sponsored the event, and have provided funding for transport for schools.
Employers will host stalls with interactive activities relating to their organisation/job role in the environment/outdoors/energy space. S1-S3 students will get the chance to explore these stalls and find out more about a potential future in this ever-growing space. Employers will also be giving talks at the same time for students interested in finding out more about pathway opportunities.
