This position will be office based, primarily in the role of supporting a professional sales team to ensure they have the correct marketing materials to maximise sales and satisfy client requirements.
You must possess the following key skills and experience:
The ability to manage, structure and plan your time in a busy working environment.
Good administration ability with some events organisation experience.
Ability to innovate and create design concepts to present to senior management and sales.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Photoshop.
Knowledge of web-site updating, digital marketing and use of platforms such as MailChimp.
A good telephone and customer service manner is essential.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Price list design and portfolio update using on-line Flipbuilder.
Provide organisational support and design elements for trade tastings.
Design and produce wine promotions and advertising materials.
Provide marketing support for the sales team including in-house design of wine lists. Managing printers budgets and keeping accurate financial records.
Manage social media channels and content creation - Web-site, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram updates.
