This person will work within a fast-paced office environment delivering excellent customer service at all times. The candidate will become a key member of the team dealing with all aspects of lettings and property management administration.
This role would be suitable for someone who wishes to develop a career in Lettings and Property Management.
What will I learn? Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Dealing with all aspects of lettings office administration • Property Software Database Input • Filing property and tenancy information • Ordering office supplies • Assisting with utilities transfer at tenancy changeover • Assist with tenant referencing and creation of tenancy documents • Issuing Inventories & Inspection Reports as produced by the Property Managers • Issuing keys to Contractors • Booking viewings • Dealing with all customers on the phone, by email and personal callers to the shop.
What qualification or qualities are required?
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement Nat 5 English minimum (pref Higher but not essential) Nat 4/5 minimum in Maths.
