The Digital Administration Apprentice role is a full-time opportunity based in our client’s Head Office in Livingston.
The Role – what you will be doing
As a Digital Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Logistics Department. You will play a vital part in the day-to-day administrative and clerical processes.
Your daily duties and tasks will include, but not be limited to the following:

As well as working full-time with a market-leading business, you will be fully supported through a Digital Administration Support Apprenticeship by a GP Strategies Assessor.
This Apprenticeship will include both work-based and classroom-based learning leading to the achievement of a national recognised SVQ in Digital Applications. Furthermore, you will learn how to be a proficient user of various office systems and computer applications including Microsoft office.
The Candidate – what you need to be successful
As this an Apprenticeship role, you must be a hardworking and proactive individual who is eager to learn and succeed.
Due to the nature of this position, you must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of customers, colleagues and suppliers.
You must also be a team player who can work cohesively with others, likewise you must be able to work independently when required.
As you will be dealing with our Client’s customer base, you must have a friendly and helpful attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile where possible.
This role will involve the use of computers and various applications such as MOS Excel and Access therefore you must be a proficient IT user or someone who can learn quickly.
