JB Management are recruiting for one of our clients who are looking for a Business Development/ Counter Sales Admin apprentice in their Aviemore Office.
As an Apprentice Business Development member of staff you will be responsible for taking customer enquiries, discussing and finding out what the customer needs and making sales approaches to different trade professionals within the local area. You will receive sales and telephone coaching however the right person must be confidant, hardworking, Honest and you must have a strong commitment to the role and business.
What will I learn?
The expected duration of the Apprenticeship is 12 months, although Apprentices will be employed on a 13 month contract to allow for sign up with JB Management at the start of the programme.
The qualification is carried out and completed in the work place by an assessor who specialises in their chosen subjects. They will visit the Apprentice every 6-8 weeks for approximately 1 hour to review the evidence and progress made, and the Apprentice will require approx. 1 hour per week to build their portfolio of evidence between visits.
You will be required to attend reviews with your apprentice and training provider to ensure you are aware of the progress that is being made, or any barriers affecting progress.
What qualification or qualities are required? NAT 5's in English and maths grade or above would be ideal but not essential, as this will be covered in your training programme.
