The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual, diligent, committed and conscientious team player who is computer literate with a willingness to learn. Eager to assist, having a keen eye for detail, being sensitive to customer satisfaction, with a positive outlook.
Your training will be primarily undertaken by a member of the Production team. So being someone who is quick to learn new processes, with a keen interest in the Print Production process is essential. You will be keen to present yourself as a valuable member of the team and will go the ‘extra mile’ to ensure client’s expectations are successfully fulfilled.
Other duties generally include answering/transferring telephone calls, producing & processing orders, banking, credit control, arranging dispatch, filing, photocopying, following up of emails, post, reports and data entry, some stocktaking involved etc.
Good standard of education to Nat 5 Equivalent
Higher’s (Desirable not essential)
Driving License (Desirable not essential)
Use of Corel Draw or similar software (Desirable not essential)
