Location: Livingston Job Type: Apprenticeship What you need to know: Closes 31/03/2019 The employer is a growing recruitment company, based in a Livingston industrial estate.
You will be an important member of the team, supporting them in all general administrative duties including but not limited to input of data into the company software, scanning and shredding paperwork, helping to make up and hand out registration packs, meeting and greeting visitors to the office, making and receiving phone calls.
You will shadow various team members and be trained to assist various functions. There is therefore great potential for progression and development within the company for a candidate that is willing and eager to learn and begin their career.
What will I learn? You will undertake a SVQ Level 3/SCQF Level 6 in Business Administration.
Industry related training
Ongoing training throughout for the correct candidate including job progression and development into the recruitment industry.
What qualification or qualities are required? We are ideally looking for minimum National 5s inc. English and Maths but not essential.
A driving license would be advantageous but not essential.
We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, keen and eager to learn and not afraid to speak up.
The post is a varied and challenging position that requires the ability to work as part of a team and also to work efficiently and accurately to ensure smooth running. Good communication skills, confidence and computer literacy are required as well as an appreciation of confidentiality and data protection.
