The employer is looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join the team assisting in the Service Desk team.
You will gain an apprenticeship in Business administration. Working within the Service Desk Team your role will be:
Raising sales invoices for reactive and quoted jobs
Handling customer queries
Reporting month-end figures.
Administrative tasks include raising sales invoices Updating customer live portals with costings.
General Administration duties
