We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and kickstart your career with a fully funded SCQF Level 6 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, you can develop your skills and grow professionally, setting a solid foundation for your future career.

Here are just some of the activities you will be involved with…

Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handling incoming calls and correspondence
Supporting colleagues to manage their workloads effectively, preventing any missed deadlines.
Updating Management Information systems to capture and report accurate data, whilst adhering to timelines.
Engaging with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Contributing to team projects and initiatives
Support planning applications


What will I learn?
As an apprentice for Clancy, we will set you up for success, ensuring you have the support and sufficient time to study, you will also have opportunities to get involved with local community and social value activities across the business.

What qualifications or qualities are required?
Whether you’re a school leaver or career changer, we would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

Great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an enjoyment of problem solving are essential, along with Nationals Grade 5 passes in Maths and English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, and Excel along with a proactive and positive attitude is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
