Edinburgh Science are offering fantastic STEM activities through their Careers Hive event in Edinburgh and their free online Educator Session. immersive career education event, 6th - 11th novemberThe immersive careers education Careers Hive event for students aged 11–14 returns to the National Museum of Scotland from Monday 6–Saturday 11 November. Through activities led by early careers STEM professionals, your students will understand the opportunities available to those who study STEM subjects, as well as the cross-disciplinary skills and subjects that can support and enhance STEM careers. This event is completely free to schools, and travel assistance may be available to those who require it. Afternoon spaces are still available – get in touch with the Careers Hive team to secure a space for your class. EDUCATOR SESSION, 9TH NOVEMBERAt this free event on Thursday 9th November at 4.00pm, you can learn how to encourage young people to engage with STEM subjects, bring the 3–18 Careers Standard to life and find out about the cutting-edge opportunities of the future.
